Mizzi Estates is currently constructing a 2000sqmtr office block in the heart of St. Julian’s. Built and finished to the highest standards, this block will feature state-of-the-art finishes, electromechanical systems and services, all aimed at creating a warm and modern office environment, maximising natural light and ventilation.
July marked the completion of civil construction works on this project and for this reason Mizzi Estates held a short onsite ceremony to mark the occasion, during which a bottle of champagne was cracked open while concrete poured on what would have been the last roof slab cast on this project.
Delivering his speech, ME Managing Director Mr. Chris Mizzi thanked the entire ME team, project Architects Edwin Mintoff and civil contractors Attard Brothers Limited for their efforts and dedication in reaching this important milestone. Meanwhile General Manager Ing Kevin Muscat expressed satisfaction that construction works have been completed despite the challenges faced on a project of its kind and augured that mechanical, electrical and finishing works will proceed to plan so as to have the project entirely completed by mid-2021.
