Mizzi Estates Limited, through its sister company Titan International Limited, has recently replaced the entire chilled water Air-Conditioning (AC) system at its BMW office Building. The building houses a number of offices leased out to third party clients.
The AC system, covering an area of over 3000 square metres of office space, comprises four outdoor chiller units and over a hundred indoor units – all manufactured by the prestigious and leading Carrier™ brand – and are interconnected by more than two Kilometres of high-grade, fusion-welded, HDPE pipework.
Designed to provide 100% redundancy, the system is also equipped with a cutting-edge Building Management System (BMS) to provide the Mizzi Estates Facilities’ Management team with remote control and monitoring capabilities of all indoor and outdoor units, circulation pumps and other system components.
